Who’s Who

Our Leadership Team

Rev. George Reeves is the Rector

I’m really pleased to have taken on the role of Rector of St Peter and St Mark’s parish Levenshulme.

Having grown up in Wigan, I spent 20 years working in insurance for the Co-op in Manchester prior to ordination. More recently, I’ve spent my curacy in Ashton-under-Lyne, serving the 5 churches of the Parish of the Good Shepherd. I’m married to Katie and have sons, Dan & Nathan.

Rev. Harriet Tate is the Associate Minister

Harriet leads services, preaches, is a night shelter co-ordinator and leads the Wednesday evening Bible Fellowship.

Harriet has previously worked in business and education. She is currently enjoying a “gap year (or two!) ”. She recently added being a Grandma to her portfolio.

Val Penoyre is the parish Reader

Val also leads services, preaches and helps lead the music group.

Val also has a variety of roles behind the scenes.

Carolyn Bubb is the parish Reader in training

Carolyn also preaches and helps lead the music group.
