The 2 big terracotta crosses on each end of the church roof have been replaced with identical new crosses. They needed replacing for safety reasons!
Thanks to Ian Lucas (the Architect) and Mooney Conservation (who did the work).
They are identical to the previous crosses and were specially made.
Are wondering why it has taken so long? It is because the terracotta needed to dry and set hard before they were put on the roof.
Thanks also to those who contributed to the cost including the Diocese.
